Welcome to Averena. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Averena mobile application and services. By accessing or using Averena, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Averena, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Averena on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Averena. By using our service, you represent and warrant that:

By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your User Content for the purpose of operating and providing our services.

You agree that your User Content will not:

• Include explicit, violent, or inappropriate content

Averena and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The Averena name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Averena. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the service will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AVERENA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Averena and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of Averena
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Averena after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Averena immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use Averena will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Averena operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
